Color Therapy–The Healing Rainbow

Color is used to describe feelings and actions often, a blue mood, seeing red, green with envy, a black look and so on. Given this it isn’t a quantum leap to know color can and do affect our lives. Some colors are warm and some are cold. Some stimulate, some relax, some make us want to spend more.

Colors, like all living things, emit a frequency. The organs of the body and the Chakra points also have their own frequency. To ‘tune’ in your body into the correct color means the energy flows freely and problems are avoided. Color can directly be used to heal and stimulate our immune systems. The skin absorbs the color frequencies and the body distributes them where they are needed. The Acupuncture points or meridians are used to distribute the color therapy applied via a simple light pen.

RED stimulates the activity of the brain, can increase the heart rate, blood pressure as well as respirations.

ORANGE– provides energy, appetite, assists colon activity and digestion.

YELLOW–energizes, relieves depression, improves memory, stimulates appetite and helps in digestive problems.

GREEN–Helps depression, nervous and anxiety conditions, cardiac conditions, ulcers and high blood pressure. Stimulates growth, and is avoided in cancers or other tumors.

BLUE–Helps respiratory illness, throat infections. Calms our system which helps counteract any hypertension issues.

INDIGO–Sinusitis and immunity problems, and all problems occurring with the face.

VIOLET–Cleanses and strengthens, suppresses the appetite. Used for dealing with headaches and migraines.
